Basic-Moderate Home Design	$4.00-$4.50 sq. foot
Elaborate Home Design	$5.00+ sq. foot
Remodel and Addition (As Built)	$2.50 sq. foot
Remodel and Addition (New Area)	$4.00 sq. foot
Engineering only projects	$1.15 - $1.50 sq. foot

These prices include engineering and Title 24 Calculations. Extra costs will be determined as necessary. A deposit is required to begin all projects. All prices are based on square footage and will be adjusted at the completion of the project. The adjustments will be reflected on the final invoice that will be due at the time the project is submitted to the county.
